Beautiful, very quiet and light-flooded top floor apartment with very large terrace not far from the underground station U4 Margaretengürtel and underground station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (5 minutes walk). Perfect city center location for sightseeing. All hotspots are only 1,2,3 metro stations away. The very famous Vienna Naschmarkt can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, as well as the Mariahilferstraße (very famous shopping street). A supermarket is located in the immediate vicinity.

Guests staying at the apartment can enjoy Vienna's bustling Naschmarkt, shopping at Mariahilferstrasse and some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

We are renting a charming old building apartment in the heart of Vienna. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor, is not visible from the street side, and all windows have been equipped with burglary protection. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet side street not far from the famous Viennese Naschmarkt. The 45 m² consist of a combined living room/bedroom, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Wiener Charme – rustic & cozy

I designed this friendly and bright apartment for guests, looking for comfort and cosyness as well as enough space for up to 4 people. The eye-caching timber construction of the loft-bed is made of tenderly refurbished beams of an old truss from the wine-quarter, contrasting with the filigree white tubes of the main bed. Furthermore, the apartment includes a small kitchenette with a massive oak table, floor heating and a bath tub with rain shower.

Unser Apartment samt Balkon mit ungefähr 44m² und einer senfgelben Nuance eignet sich perfekt für Businessgäste oder Wien-Entdecker. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage findet man sich hier in einer grünen und ruhigen Umgebung wieder und kann dadurch sowohl entspannen, aber auch schnell mitten ins Geschehen losziehen. Discover Vienna in the Biedermeier: in the former suburb of Margareten, I designed this apartment with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishings, stylistically based on the time of the Congress of Vienna. In the bathroom with a tub, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. With breakfast and small meals, you can cater for yourself at any time in the kitchen with a dishwasher.
