We are renting a charming old building apartment in the heart of Vienna. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor, is not visible from the street side, and all windows have been equipped with burglary protection. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet side street not far from the famous Viennese Naschmarkt. The 45 m² consist of a combined living room/bedroom, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Only a 3 minute walk to the metro line U3 stop "Zieglergasse". Just one block from the vibrant shopping street "Mariahilfer Strasse". Very close to main train station (Westbahnhof) with international trains and direct connection to the airport. Undoubtedly, the best location to experience Vienna. The neighbourhood has many cafes, bars and restaurants. There are a lot of young people in the 6th district which makes it a lively and energetic place to be in.

In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always cater to yourself in the kitchen with a dishwasher.

Our apartment (33 m²) is situated in the heart of Vienna in a former button fabric. In the middle of the trendy 7. district, you can enjoy the calm atmosphere of the nice green yard while living in and central area. And btw: as we think community is important, we pay all required taxes :)
