Guests staying at the apartment can enjoy Vienna's bustling Naschmarkt, shopping at Mariahilferstrasse and some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars nearby.

We are renting a charming old building apartment in the heart of Vienna. The newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor, is not visible from the street side, and all windows have been equipped with burglary protection. The apartment is centrally located but still in a quiet side street not far from the famous Viennese Naschmarkt. The 45 m² consist of a combined living room/bedroom, a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

Discover Vienna around the turn of the century: In our classic Viennese Gründerzeit house, I designed this studio with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishing elements. In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always cater to yourself in the kitchen with a dishwasher.

Die Wohnung hat 1 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche, Vorraum und separates WC. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine, aber fein ausgestattete Küche und einen Essplatz für 2 Personen. Ich wohne gleich nebenan, den Garten teilen wir uns. Lasst uns miteinander Kaffee trinken im Garten 🪴 ☕️
