Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Margate Beach

Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. Was the first time our little girl had stayed in a cot in her own room! 🙌🏼 Success! Would highly recommend Matthew’s place. Thanks again!

Whitstable is a lovely warm-the-soul sort of place and this is the ideal AirBnB if you’re planning a visit. Kate (your host) has performed a pristine renovation of a beautiful cottage on Albert Street - it’s private and quiet, and just one-minute from everywhere you want to be. We’ve stayed there twice. Kate is a great host, always responsive and helpful. You can’t go wrong.

We had a lovely week in Broadstairs, the house was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It suited the whole family, from grandparents to teenagers. Nice and easy to walk into Broadstairs, with a beautiful beach, and good selection of shops and restaurants.

Damselfly Cottage is in a wonderfully central yet peaceful location, within a few minutes walk of everything. There is a private car park close by, which is a great benefit. There is a patio and balcony overlooking the river and a pretty park at the back. Everything was great inside and Tony and Moya were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and should we return to Canterbury wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Tony and Moya!

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Had a lovely few days at the house which was well equipped and had loads for the kids to do. Easy to find/access and was a great space for 2 families of 4. Look forward to coming back for future visits.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Amazing accommodation. Photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful quiet home with absolutely everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Lots of supplies in the kitchen such as coffee, bottled water, salt & pepper, etc. Everything felt new and the place was spotless, bed and sofa comfortable. Jonathan the host was there at check in and talked us through everything. Location couldn’t be better, everything is walkable and right by the sea. Excellent value for money.

We've had a great stay in Witstable. The apartment is very close to the sea, when the tide is low you can sea the oyster beds. We walked on the market on Saturday and tried fresh oysters farmed from a few hundres meters away. The apartment has a parking space, which was very handy, it had good rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Host is friendly and responsive. Definately a recommendation.

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We had a great time in your beautiful home. Upon arrival, Geneviéve and her husband were very kindly received. Very conveniently located to take beautiful walks from the house. Everything was present in the house. Bathrooms very well equipped,bedrooms with blissful beds for sleeping. Emmanuelle is also very flexible in terms of departure time ,which we have made very grateful use of. An address to definitely come back to again!

Great stay at Thibaud's villa. The view is exceptional, we enjoyed the terrace in this nice weather. Cape Gris-Nez is 5 mins walk away and many other hikes around. The house is nicely decorated, as described and the living room is bigger than in the photos. The bedding was suitable for our needs, there are even extra beds on the mezzanine. There is a bathroom and 2 toilets. And the house is well equipped with appliances and groceries which was a big plus. We'll be happy to go back!

We were personally welcomed with a treat, you feel really welcome. We were lucky that the weather was beautiful so that we could also enjoy the hot tub to the fullest in the spacious garden. Quiet beaches nearby. Very spacious house where everything is provided. Our teenagers enjoyed their luxurious bed. A little less suitable for young children, I think due to the open staircase and balustrade on the upper floor but ideal for older children. The owners will be there to help where needed. Definitely recommended!!

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this peaceful bungalow. Everything we needed was provided at a very high standard. This was our send visit and we will be back.
