Wonderful stay in wonderful surroundings! We had a fantastic vacation in this cozy cottage in Hohenberg an der Eger. The location is perfect for those who want to enjoy peace and nature – surrounded by picturesque hiking and biking trails. The house itself is lovingly decorated, very clean and well equipped. We especially liked the spacious terrace and the garden. The hostess was super friendly and was always available for questions. The excursion options in the area are also great: We visited the nearby Hohenberg Castle and the porcelain town of Selb – both definitely recommended! We will definitely be happy to come back and can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful area.

Beautifully decorated accommodation with everything you could need...even welcome drinks, fruits from your own garden and rudimentary ingredients for cooking were available. The hostess is very friendly and was also able to give us many helpful tips for the stay. We would definitely come back!

The house is ideal for a vacation, it has all the amenities in perfect condition. Kitchen with all the tools, fireplace, bbq. One bath and two showers. Jacuzzi and sauna. Green lawn with volleyball net. The village is very quiet. Host is very nice and responsive.

A very nice and large accommodation in a perfect location right on the Czech border. The apartment is in an older half-timbered house with a lot of character. The tiled stove is a highlight and kept us nice and warm. Kitchen, bathroom and room are optimally equipped. The hosts were very nice and reserved a table in the restaurant directly across the street for us on the first evening. The place is highly recommended, we would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Due to the location in a pedestrian zone, it is very quiet. Restaurants, cafes, small shops are right in the surrounding area. A larger supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The Karlovy Vary highlights such as Mühlbrunnenkolonnade is a short walk 1 km away. Šárka was very nice and answered all questions quickly.

Alexsandr is a great host, very helpful and kind. The place is very beautiful on the inside and very tastefully furnished. Beautiful paintings and plants.. ArtFlora indeed. Wish we had booked for a longer time. You can walk to the main area if you don't mind walking up/down a slope. Great pizzeria right opposite the building. The apartments are accesible with elevators. We had a lovely stay and would love to return.

It was a great apartment! Very clean and maintained. Check-in went smoothly because all the necessary instructions were given. The bedding was clean, there is even a robot vacuum cleaner that can be used as needed. There is nothing to complain about. The only thing missing was an elevator, as the apartment is on the third floor (suitcase), but this cannot be attributed to the host:)

Our stay at the property met all our expectations! The location couldn't be better – everything is within walking distance, great restaurants and attractions right nearby. Roman's apartment in Karlovy Vary is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, peace and a great location. Located just a few minutes walk from the center and the spa colonnade, making it ideal for exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, modernly furnished and perfectly clean. Everything was meticulously prepared and there was nothing important for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the projector, which made the evenings great. Roman is a great host – communication was fast, responsive, and the entire stay went smoothly. Definitely recommend and would love to come back!
