We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite quick and easy. The apartment is a bit spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is beautifully located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, close to a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is beautifully maintained. Please note that in the apartment the bedroom on the second floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was not a problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

A very modern and clean bathroom incl. Towels and bath towels. Everything you need. From the small terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee with a magnificent view of the mountain panorama. With luck, the host cat keeps you company. The location is perfect. The first hiking trails start right outside the door, others are nearby. The Rofan cable car is within walking distance, as is a distillery that offers tastings. In the apartment there are many brochures and flyers as well as a folder with tips for restaurants and things to do. Innsbruck can also be reached in 30 minutes. Tanya is always available and very quick to respond to any query. We felt very comfortable:-) Thank you 💚

Julia and her family welcomed us very warmly and the hospitality was clearly noticeable from start to finish. The farm is also run by the family with a lot of passion - we even got a tour of the cowshed. Our room was on the second floor of the private house and very clean. The pine bed gave us a deep sleep. The view from the terrace is a dream and the location pleasantly quiet. We felt very comfortable here with baby.
