To book a 1 brm: select 1 or 2 guests and you will be given a king size bed, full bathroom and private balcony all on upper floor along with full downstairs: living room, half bathroom, full size kitchen with dining table, large screen TV, terrace. (2nd bedroom will be locked out) To book 2 brms: select 3 or more guests and you will be given everything mentioned above plus an additional bedroom with queen bed and it's own full private bathroom.

Walk to good restaurants, and a small grocery. Experienced Surfers have Morrillo Beach and Playa Reina. Watch sun and moon rise.
