Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Sit back and relax in this quiet and relaxed cottage. Completely renovated in 2022. Completely undisturbed backyard with space for play, cosiness and wilderness swimming. When you park the car, you can look down the small path to the beach. One of the best beaches with only 60 meters walk from the property. Completely unique location. Marienlyst town is a short drive away where there are supermarkets, restaurants, mini golf, and the best ice cream shop. It is a private house, so it is clean and tidy, but not hotel standard😊.

Nice cottage that is close to both water and town. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes and enjoy Marielyst's beautiful sandy beach. After a day at the beach, there is plenty of space on the terrace for play and relaxation and when evening approaches, the grill is ready for cozy summer evenings. The house offers 2 nice rooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with all equipment and dining area for all guests. If you use the terrace, there is also room for guests. The house also has good parking, WiFi and TV.
