Located across from the Historic Mound Cemetery Park; 1 block from Marietta College; 4 blocks from The People’s Bank THEATRE and Downtown shopping!😃🎉 Our Purple House was built in 1920’s and was originally a 6 room boarding house, with two rooms for the owners and 4 rooms “to let”. Converted in 1950’s to an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment, each complete with a kitchen and indoor plumbing! In 2023, we updated the house. You will be enjoying apt. A (Above); a 1930’s/40’s vibe.😃

Triple Nickel Getaway is a country setting approximately halfway between Athens and Marietta along beautiful state route 555 in Washington County. It is part of a metal pole barn This is a perfect place to relax for a few days and spend some. time fishing in a private, stocked pond (catch and release) while enjoying the woods frequented by wildlife. Simple apartment with the comforts of home. Meigs county is full of beautiful nature and small businesses. The pace of life is slower here and the people are friendly. Walk over to hometown bar and restaurant Summerfield’s! A 15 minute drive to Forked Run State Park and 15 minute drive to Pomeroy Ohio. 30 minute drive to Athens & Ohio University. 0.5 mi. to gas station & 0.7 mi. to DG Central heat and window A/C. There are outdoor stairs to access this apartment. No indoor smoking.

**GREAT LOCATION FOR TRAVEL NURSES** We want to introduce you to the beautiful Julia-Ann Square Historic District. We renovated this beautiful 1920's home and part of the renovation was the apartments. It's a welcoming cozy apartment, that is nestled in the middle of downtown. Here you can have everything at your doorstep and "almost heaven" views. We fell in love with this property because it is canopied beneath big old shade trees and sits on "one of the prettiest streets in Parkersburg".

Perfect little getaway!

This is a unique and spacious studio apartment with everything you need. Large living area, full kitchen, bathroom, and washer/dryer. About 14 mins (11 mi) to Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg & 8.9 mi to MMH-Belpre. Just a few minutes from Washington Works Plant (Dupont). About 30 mins to Marietta. Located on quiet dead end street. The unit is located above the garage, attached to the main house where the owner and kids live. I promise that you will have a clean, nice place to stay!

Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.
