Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Pisa

We had a very nice stay with our two children. Beautiful large large space with the right amenities. Two minutes walk from the sea, the street where the Airbnb is located has more than enough ice cream parlors and restaurants. We greatly enjoyed it.

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

Nice area and juste room. Close to boardwalk and possibility to swim in the sea. Great restaurants near the apartment. Fredrico patiently answered our questions before the reservation and was then flexible when we wanted to change times for checking in and out. Welcoming in the kitchen with water bottle, some coffee, tea bags and other things.

The apartment was great! Quiet in the beautiful pine forest and on foot only 5-10 minutes from the beach. In addition, it has a beautiful private beach with a botanical garden, to which you have access and which you can use. Not everything is open in autumn, but some good restaurants and the grocery store in the village are open and have everything you need. Everything is within walking distance and you can leave the car in the in-house parking lot. The apartment was very clean and for us and our dog just right with direct exit to the outside. You can also leave the sand from the beach outside thanks to the outdoor shower. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

We used this as a home base to spend time in Tuscany. We were able to make a lot of day trips from here. We went to Florence a couple of times, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Livorno, Volterra, Cinque Terre, so much. We had three weeks to explore. It was the end of October so the beach area of Cecina was pretty quiet, not at all crowded. The apartment itself is as described. Clean and comfortable and cozy. The internet worked well, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not actually meet our hosts in person, but they were very responsive and answered our questions immediately.

We enjoyed the week in the apartment. Since there was not such nice weather yet, we were able to heat with the air conditioning. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony and the beach (which is not so crowded and was a natural beach which we greatly appreciated) was within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. We will be happy to come back. You have nature right in front of you and can wake up with the birds chirping in the morning.

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

The accommodation is especially recommended for couples. There were restaurants nearby and right around the corner is a cafe. The path to the beach is not even one minute. Parking is also always nearby. Communication with Asia was always good. She's a very nice person. The place was exactly as described. There is a big, cozy bed with a(!) Mattress, which is important to us. In addition, some small things were prepared for eating and drinking, which is very easier, especially after the long trip, as you don't have to shop directly. All in all a great place to stay that we highly recommend.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

The villa is really cute and true to the images attached to the description. The estate is surrounded by a beautiful garden, from which you can see the surrounding hills. The pool has been cleaned every day and is truly a gem of the farmhouse. In the area there are beautiful villages and the long sea is a 5-minute drive away. Susanna was an exceptional host, she has the perfect harmony between being professional and friendly. She always responded promptly to our requests and welcomed us with great courtesy and attention. We hope to return to this sun-kissed land soon and stay again at a property run by Susanna.

Spacious apartment with sea view, very comfortable bed, very kind and helpful host.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

Comfortable home, a little steep stairs up, but we didn't mind. The apartment was super equipped, we were delighted with the coffee maker with capsules. Laura was very helpful and gave us good information about the area as well. There is a bit of a problem with parking just in front of the house. But we parked a little farther with no issues.
