You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

The apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator.

An open plan apartment awaited you (only a door that borders the bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining balcony where you can comfortably enjoy your good morning coffee or end your evening. A cozy box spring bed invites you to dream and on the couch in the living room you can also endure a few nights.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Whether by bike, on foot or by car, you can reach Lake Cospuden, Lake Markkleeberg and Lake Störmtal in a few minutes. The best way to get to downtown Leipzig is by S-Bahn [suburban train], which you can walk to in 5 minutes from your apartment. There is a bus to the Belantis Amusement Park or you can reach it by car in 10 minutes from us.

The apartment is a 1.5 room, large apartment, in which a 1.60 m wide bed and a large sofa bed are available. We can provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request. We ask you to indicate this when booking, otherwise we will prepare normal bedding depending on the number of people.
