In the middle of the artist district overlooking the water

Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle of it.

Very nice and well-kept duplex apartment over 2 floors in a perfect city location with excellent access. In the middle of the currently most popular district of Plagwitz and yet quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. Everything has been carefully renovated with attention to detail. The apartment has its own entrance and ground floor terrace, is generously furnished on over 50 square meters, comfortable, stylish and charming. Long-term stays are also possible, price upon request.

In our apartment you can enjoy your vacation in the immediate vicinity of Saxon's vibrant metropolis. With Lake Kulkwitzer, the oldest and cleanest lake in Leipzig's Neuseenland is also right in front of it. By bike, it's only 7 minutes to get there. We have bikes for free rental. Thanks to the station in walking distance (3 min.), you are at Leipzig MAIN STATION within 15 minutes. The apartment has bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. All fully equipped.
