Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

Die herrliche Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im Ortsteil Göhrenz von Markranstädt direkt vor den Toren von Leipzig. Die hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung besticht durch die Seenähe zum Kulkwitzer See. Der See ist zu Fuß in etwa einem km zu erreichen. Cozy, friendly, bright and quiet apartment in the center of Markranstädt. Close to Lake Kulkwitzer, not far from Leipzig, the Neuseenland , the Nova Eventis and the Brehna outlet center. For activities of all kinds, you have all the possibilities on foot, by bus and train or by car. The apartment is located on the raised ground floor of the HH, with a view of the countryside. Under the sign of corona, we're doing everything we can to keep the airbnb safety standards .

This beautiful apartment in Schkeuditz (2 min before Leipzig and directly on the A9 motorway) is not only ideally located, but is also completely renovated and furnished and will be available from March 2025. The apartment sleeps four: 1 x box spring bed, one large sofa bed. You are in a quiet location with parking in front of the door and still very quickly in the city. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of nature.
