Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The living area is equipped with high-quality real wood parquet, while the bathroom offers elegant Jura natural stone. A rustic wooden staircase leads to the sleeping gallery with a wooden frame bed and a lounger net. The fully equipped kitchen with stove and Jura coffee machine provide comfort. With its own access, parking and direct connection to nature, this loft is a real highlight.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We rent a lovingly renovated small house (80 sqm) in the old town of Marktheidenfeld, just a few steps from the Main, directly on the Main cycle path. 4 living and sleeping rooms, a kitchen and a spacious bathroom are spread over 2 floors. A terrace invites you to relax. The price refers to an occupancy of up to 2 people , each additional person will cost €10. Regardless of the length of stay, we charge a €45 final cleaning fee. Minimum stay 4 nights.
