Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Cozy attic apartment at the foot of the castle in the heart of the old town of Wertheim in the immediate vicinity of the Kilianskapelle and Stiftskirche. The marketplace is about 50 m away and all shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. There is a parking place available in the immediate vicinity. There is a ground-level bicycle cellar (4 steps) for bicycles. E-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge.
