If you are afraid of spiders you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the countryside or lie in the meadow sooner. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers, and ponds. However, the federal highway is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, you cannot drive directly to the car. Feel at home in my cozy apartment! The 45 m² apartment is modernly decorated and fully equipped. The newly renovated apartment is located next to a riding stable near Weißenstadt, a lovely small town and only 5 minutes by car from the lake. It is very easy to reach and you can park in front of the house for free. Perfect starting point for activities (hiking, biking, skiing) in nature, spa visits, shopping, trips to the Czech Republic and more.

The well-air-conditioned new apartment with underfloor heating is modernly equipped and has a large living and dining area with access to a private terrace. A box-spring bed and a sofa bed with a topper are available. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils (incl. toaster, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker, etc.).
