Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The vacation apartment is located in the attic of a lovingly restored town house from the turn of the century in Creglingen (17 km to Rothenburg) On the first floor is a café where you can have breakfast during the week. (included) Our bakery is in the neighboring house. Bicycles can be stored. After consultation, guests are welcome to take a look in the bakery. Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

The historic town center can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Marktbreit also has a diverse gastronomy. Of course, Franconian cuisine is excellently represented and invites you to linger. Supermarkets for self-catering, pharmacies and doctors are on site.

Our bright and spacious apartment is ready to host after the renovation of the barn. In two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful living, dining and cooking area you can enjoy your vacation. Whether by bike, on foot or by SUP, along the Main you can spend many beautiful hours. Also the cities of Würzburg and Rothenburg as well as countless small Franconian wine villages are nearby.

Our apartment is not large, but optimally furnished to relax and rest after a busy or eventful day. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance and a mini terrace. Oberdürrbach is a district of Würzburg, is 100 m above the center and is surrounded by meadows and fields.
