Moreover, the half basketball court (official size) equipped with lights gives the perfect setting for enjoying sports during days and evenings. The house itself underwent a full renovation in 2018. Property Description The property is located in a flat area ideal for walking and biking to the beach. Arriving in front of the stone fence, you are welcomed by a gated drive with space for at least 4 cars. The dreamy second bedroom with its wooden ceiling and its decoration creates a romantic atmosphere and gives exit to a courtyard where a couple can relax in privacy. The main bathroom offers a shower with a built seat and is one step away from the second bedroom. Guests will have access to the areas described and shown in the photos including courtyards, barbecue facilities, basketball court, playground area and of course private parking area.
