Casa indipendente con cucina completa, terrazzo e giardino interamente recintato, situata nel cuore verde dell'Umbria. La casa si trova adiacente ad un casale medioevale costruito nel 1600. Parcheggio privato situato all'interno della proprietà ed incluso nel prezzo di pernottamento. Wi-Fi gratuita. a small stone house in the woods

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale.
