A charming location, a 17th-century monastery in the hills surrounding the cliff of Orvieto, surrounded by greenery but just minutes from the Duomo, Lake Bolsena, Civita di Bagnoregio and the highway exit. A large garden and seasonal outdoor pool are exclusively available to guests. It consists of three bedrooms each with a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and billiards, a laundry room and a half bathroom.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.

Bolsena House

This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.

Welcome to our vacation home 100 meters from the lake. The house offers two bedrooms: one double and one with a single bed. The kitchen has an induction stove and washing machine. There are two smart TVs, WiFi and two air conditioners. The bathroom has a water heater, a shower with a handle and a hand shower instead of a bidet. Outside you will find a shower, paved garden with umbrella, relaxation area and electric shade tent.

As you can see Foresteria is a big "Casale" a lodge in a huge property of 740 acres of forests, fields, olive fields. Difficult to describe. In between Rome and Florence, Umbria and Tuscany. Foresteria 3 is a very nice apartment, in Foresteria, for 5 persons.
