The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

Delightful and romantic cottage, great for privacy and discretion, 50 metres from the lake. Surrounded by olive trees, completely fenced for our 4-legged friends and easy access to the private beach. Rooms furnished in a shabby chic style, to make your stay unique, equipped kitchen. To offer the best to our guests, we provide free sunbeds on the beach and the possibility of lunch by reservation. Breakfast included and outdoor hot tub available on request.
