This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. You will have a space of about 70m², on two levels, all amenities to eat and relax (equipped kitchen, TV, fireplace, barbecue, bikes, wi-fi). Stop on the Wine Route, come and rest there!

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Designed by an architect, the apartment has 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, possibility of 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with bath and shower), a very large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, electric roller shutters, fiber internet, connected TV, dressing room.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

This beautiful old half-timbered Argonne farmhouse from the 18th century will seduce you with its authentic character and its fully enclosed landscaped garden. Many walks await you, from the end of the garden. Children can help care for chickens, pheasants, horses and zebus. Motorcycles can be accommodated in a closed garage and horses in a fenced park. Plug for charging electric cars for a fee 3 adult and 1 child bikes are available to tenants

On the ground floor of our house (we live upstairs) the accommodation is completely autonomous, accommodating up to 8 people (+ on request), heated pool from 04/01 to 10/31, covered (removable shelters) on a flowery plot of 800 m2. An indoor hot tub, with lounge, treadmill and TV. Private covered terrace with garden furniture, table, relaxation, barbecue. Pets allowed, extra charge (€10 per day). - Pool 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. - Jacuzzi 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

Cabin on stilts on Millet pond. Ideal for two people but can accommodate four people comfortably. We offer you an encounter with the wild nature of Argonne. A boat is available, forest hikes and not forgetting visits to World War I sites. For safety reasons, the cabin is not suitable for children under 12 years old Located 15km from the city of Sainte Ménéhould. The Tree House is closed in winter, from November to March.

Welcome to the Château de la Malmaison, In the family for 6 generations, we took over this home and completely renovated it during a year of intense work completed in December 2019. Ideally located between Reims (20 min) and Epernay (8 min), you will be in an exceptional setting. The house is in a family property and a 6-hectare park. In the form of lodgings you will find everything you need.

A 17th century house, warm and comfortable, accommodating up to eight people. The authentic charm, countryside, garden, private swimming pool (under video protection) will recharge you in a soothing setting (swimming pool from May 15 depending on the weather).
