It is in a Champagne village located near the church that we welcome you to our wine farm, in a 19th century villa, two bedrooms upstairs, the bathroom is spacious, the toilets are separate, an independent living room makes the space pleasant with views of the garden. The possibility of a cellar visit followed by a tasting in the vault and, depending on the weather, at the Belvedere in the heart of our organically grown vineyards.

Surrounded by a two-hectare wooded park, the guest room, inclusive and eco-responsible, is located 1.5 hours from Paris. Four rooms with completely different decor are available. Breakfast is included. Naturism is allowed, in compliance with the rules of hygiene and other tenants. 10 minutes from the sublime Medieval City of Provins, Le SAN opens its doors for a short or medium stay for relaxation and/or cultural discoveries.

You won't want to leave this room and its comfort necessary for your well-being, located in our family home and unique, facing just across from Lake Der and thus to get to the dike on foot to recharge. And to the delight of our 28-month-old Garance, we have a large terrace with a 6000 m² plot. Moreover, if you are a bird enthusiast, the cranes do us the honor of flying over our house and landing right across from it.
