An 80 m² barn, renovated in 2022, with all comforts, will be perfect for your weekends/holidays as a couple (1 double bed 160 x 200, cot with comfortable mattress on request). Maximum two adults. Electric car charging station at cost price. Space/swimming pool/swing/baby sandpit/trampoline/TV with Netflix, Amazon and Molotov. Shops a few kilometres away. Parties/professional photos/ceremonies and pets are not allowed. For our insurance, the number of people must match the booking.

Detached house, pool, jacuzzi and terrace

House independent of ours, with heated pool from May 16 to September 30, private sheltered jacuzzi and terrace, all equipped with smoking shelters and barbecue (charcoal not included). 2 people maximum, not possible to invite additional people, NO BIRTHDAY PARTIES, WEDDINGS, PARTIES ETC... The entrance is under video surveillance and secure, it is a quiet place to relax. The house is on our property and independent of ours (opposite).

You are warmly welcome to a unique stay in our lounge. Located in the center of Marolles en Hurepoix, you will be at 10 minutes from the RER C and only 30 minutes from Paris. The neighborhood is safe, calm, and discreet. The accommodation is as modern as It is rustic. It benefits from facilities such as a billiard table, a corner bathtub, a home cinema, and an atypical design. It is an ideal place to meet on a small committee.

Quietly 40 km south of Paris, in the heart of the Gatinais Regional Park, come and relax in our guest house. Elegance, old-fashioned charm, you will enjoy the patio terrace and its summer kitchen.
