Charming *** listed house, completely renovated, located in the countryside on a fenced plot of 1600 m2. Bus stop 50 m away. Ideally located 5 minutes' drive from Périgueux, the Exhibition Centre and the Golf Course. Supermarket 500 m away Barbecue, garden furniture, swing and deckchairs. Independent studio

The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.
