A cozy apartment, a terrace on the beautiful garden filled with birds of Cati and Damien. We are a stone's throw from the center of the city, the castle. That's great.

We had a wonderful time, a family break in the countryside where it's good to live. The setting, the animals, and especially the decor ( Beautiful)... everything was perfect…The little plus of the owners, with milking milk, eggs and pancakes, and especially what delighted our children is to be able to attend the milking of cows and see the tractors. THANKS 😇☀️

I stayed in this Airbnb for 2 months for an internship. I am very satisfied with the accommodation, clean on arrival and true to the description with all the necessities in dishes + wifi. Welcoming and caring owner. Accommodation in a rather good location in the village of Martigné. Next to the church so bells ringing in the morning. 20 minutes from Chateaubriant and 30 minutes from Rennes. I would this property.

clean and comfortable. very close to the passage of the Regalante by bike before entering the village of Martigné-Ferchaud. very quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend it for cyclists as a couple.
