All attractions in the old town are within walking distance! Free parking is available on the street next to the apartment for 24 hours. After parking, visit the old town on foot. Or ascend to the top of the tower on the Lővérek mountain and overlook the entire town. It is beautiful throughout the year！

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house is air-conditioned, bright, spacious, easy to reach and equipped with comfort. There are 5 bedrooms, an open living, dining room and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view extends to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland draisines are traveling. On the terrace, you can enjoy life with a coffee creation that you can get for free from the coffee machine. What more could you ask for?
