The house is accessible for everyone, consisting of a large open space with fireplace, sofa and super-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a comfortable bathroom with tub. 5 minutes from the highway exit and the Aulla (MS) train station, you can access all services, visit tourist destinations such as 5 Terre, Lerici, Portovenere, Passo del Cerreto and Lagastrello. Near the house, a path immersed in the woods and the final destination is a breathtaking river.

Appartamento indipendente al piano terra di una villetta sulla Via Francigena ad 1 km dall'uscita del casello autostradale di Aulla nel paese di Terrarossa nel cuore della Lunigiana, terra ricca di storia, borghi medievali e castelli. Luogo ideale anche per visitare Le Cinque Terre, la Versilia il Golfo dei Poeti , raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti, oppure escursioni in giornata anche nelle città d'arte come Pisa Firenze e Genova in circa un'ora sia in macchina che in treno.

The house is located in a strategic point to reach the Gulf of La Spezia with its pearls Lerici and Portovenere and the nearby Cinque Terre. It is on one level with a large outdoor space dedicated to our guests equipped with an oven and barbecue for pleasant outdoor lunches and dinners. Its interior consists of a large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and large window, a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower, a closet and a small but well-equipped kitchen.

Beach, downtown, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the family apartment!
