Master bedroom & ensuite bathroom are to the left side of the house with the second and third bedroom at the back.

Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. 25 West Upstairs is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house just over 1400 sq feet. This is a very spacious unit with easy access to all that WB has to offer! Great views of Banks Channel from the large front deck. A short walk to the ocean, Johnny Mercer's fishing pier, restaurants and watering holes. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. Need more space? The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and available for bookings also.
