Beautiful renovated and cozy house that offers all the amenities you need on your vacation. Two bedrooms for four people, a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a living room with TV and channels in different languages. Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. By car, you can also quickly change the "chip". 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
