A house that "flies" over the sea

A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. Beautiful rural house Roquete B E-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) located in lovely surroundings in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers. The rural house has 2 bedrooms, one with suite, another bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry area and a cozy garden terrace with shower outdoor and BBQ to enjoy outdoor meals. It has a large sofa bed for two people or extra bed, and cot, high chair and baby bath. The property has animals such as donkeys and dogs. You also have access to the shared pool (shared with the owners and other guests) that is situated about 150 meters from the house. The pool has a shower and sunbeds. The lush vegetation that surrounds provide you fresh and shade if you wish. It has a children's play area. The rural house is an ideal place to escape with family, with friends or family. This cottage is set in the lovely surroundings of La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are all within a mile of the Villa. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced. 7% tax includes in the price.

Our Sunny Villa Maspalomas - new, modern, completely rebuilt and refurbished. Counts on 3 spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and big dressing room. Fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, private garage, but the best thing is huge south facing terrace with a heatable salty water pool and sun shining during the whole day. Jacuzzi at the roof terrace is just a plus. Walking distance to the shopping centre el Tablero, few minutes drive to Maspalomas sand dunes o Meloneras.

Semidetached house in Playa del Inglés.

The house is situated very close to Playa del Inglés and in the middle of the village San Fernando. You have all services in few metres and the bus station is 1 minute walking from the house. If you are into sandy beaches you can't beat better than go to our house and enjoy the charm of residents and mild weather all the year.
