Holiday rentals in Maspalomas

We really enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment, the view from the balcany is amazing, and watching the colours change as the sun sets, with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. The apartment is compact, but that hasn't prevented everything we needed being fitted in. . Andre was very easy to contact, and very helpful with suggestions to visit . We lvery much look forward to returning to Playa del Cura

Une vue incroyable sur le soleil couchant chaque soir, Une terrasse exceptionnelle, Une cuisine intérieure équipée et fonctionnelle, une extérieure très pratique, L'accès privatif au complexe hôtelier et ses piscines ( dont celle à débordement avec vue sur l'océan ), Un lieu magique pour des vacances de rêve, voilà ce que nous retiendrons de ce super séjour. Si nous le pouvons nous reviendrons! Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs conseils.

Hemos estado 5 días, lugar tranquilo, muy íntimo, con una terraza donde hemos comido y desayunado con vistas muy bonita. La atención de Paco, ha sido de diez, contacto súper rápido y ayudando en todo, y siempre muy amable. Volvería de nuevo.

Adriana was a great host , very friendly and helpful . The house was super clean and very well equipped. Adriana had also kindly left us olive oil, water and some snacks which was lovely of her ! The accommodation was very well located if you want to be in the harbour. It has a lovely balcony that overlooks a small pebble beach, the mountains and where the ferry comes in. It was great to arrive here as we only got in at about 9pm so it was perfect for going to restaurants. It is also a short walk from the kwikspar and the Las Salinas natural pools so very convenient, and its not noisy at all. I did however find that is was a bit too urban for me. It is very built up in that area and is surrounded by restaurants. Las Nieves is very small and does not have many shops. Also, just be aware the there is only one bedroom. There is a wooden screen that you have to pull across to divide the room and the second bed is a pullout sofa bed. Thank you for our stay and I am sure you will enjoy !

Das grosse Plus des Hauses ist der private Garten und die totale Ruhe, die ich zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt erleben konnte. Ein Auto bräuchte man definitiv nicht, wenn man nicht die Insel erkunden möchte. Alles was man braucht, gibt es in der Umgebung : Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bars, ... Zum Strand muss man zwar schon etwas laufen, aber auch kein Problem. In der Anlage gibt es einige Pools, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Im Haus konnte man eigentlich alles finden, was man so braucht : Kaffeekapselmaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, sogar einige Gewürze, Tücher, Bettwäsche, Putzmaterialen aller Art, Waschmaschine,... Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Schlafzimmer ist in der Nacht immer angenehm kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Privatsphäre und Sicherheit sind garantiert. 2 Mal allerdings stand ein Gärtner in dem abgeschlossenen Bereich und bewässerte den Rasen. Das hatte man mir nicht mitgeteilt. Sonst lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter aber einwandfrei.

My friend's and I stay in Las Palmas was fantastic! The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a truly comfortable home away from home. Accessing the building was seamless, and I appreciated the secure and convenient entry system. Laura, was incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any questions. The location was great —there’s a bus stop right outside the door, making it super easy to explore the island. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation!

Отличное местоимение, много ресторанов поблизости, променад. Квартира полностью соответствует фото. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, на просьбы отвечает быстро. Минус только один - проблема с парковкой автомобиля возле дома, но тоже решаемо - недалеко общественная парковка.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! We zijn ontzettend in de watten gelegd door de eigenaren. Wat een hartelijke en vriendelijke mensen. Bij aankomst allerlei lekkers al in het huisje en we mochten zelfs een zelfgebakken cake proeven. Ons zoontje van bijna 2 heeft veel avonturen beleefd in de speeltuin en met alle dieren. We mochten de baby geitjes de fles geven en dat was voor onze zoon de highlight van onze vakantie. Er was veel speelgoed aanwezig. We hadden helaas niet zo’n lekker weer, maar de omgeving is prachtig. Mooie wandelingen te maken in de omgeving en leuke stadjes te bezoeken. Voor gezinnen is dit een TOP locatie om te verblijven!

Eine tolle Unterkunft, besonders mit Kindern. Super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Octavio, vielen Dank, dass wir Dein Haus nutzen durften!
