Monthly Rentals in Massachusetts Bay

This was a perfect setting for me in cold February. Close to where I wanted to be and close to the beach where I grew up. The apartment is a streamlined resting place in a busy visitor's schedule: all needs met in advance. I'm so grateful to Emily for being flexible when I needed to change my schedule. This place is so great I'm reluctant to share it with others.

We were there for a month. The space was great, comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. We were able to walk to the beach and went every day. Host very helpful with details about garbage pickup, internet, TV, and heating and cooling. MBR was very comfortable and spacious.

My partner and I stayed at The Landing with our two dogs. We had a great time! The space was beautiful and well decorated. It looks right out of a magazine. It was also extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the area was quiet. We got a great night's sleep. Despite the rainy brisk weather, in the morning, we walked to a coffee shop in the center of town. We love this area, and we are very thankful that the host allows dogs. We have been wanting to take them on a special overnight adventure and Matt has allowed us to do this. I would absolutely recommend The Landing to anyone looking to relax and get away from it all. I look forward to returning in the warmer months!
