Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Massachusetts

We had another AirBnB cancel due to issues with their condo 3 hours before we were to arrive. This place was available for an last minute booking. She responded so quickly, we were able to just relax and stop stressing. We had a hard time figuring out how to access the garage and pick-up the parking pass. We were tired and it was late. Once we did, it was all great. The place was beautiful. It's close to the pictures as some furniture was changed, but it's all good. The bunk bed was a little tricky for us adults, but that's just because we aren't as nimble as a 5 year old. With 2 full bathrooms, getting ready was easy. There was a problem with the washer, and she had a repairman there the very next day...super responsive on that. The garage is part of the building and very secure. It's a separate company. The building is attached to a CVS, a Whole Foods is around the corner, and a Chinese market across the street. It is a very walkable area close to the west end of all the sites.

The house was great , very clean house and very easy to get in , instructions from the host were very helpful and clear very proactive host always ready to help

Great place for us to spend a few days in Boston for the first time. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, easy for Ubers and Lyfts to find, and Lee was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions on how to check in and out.

What great place to stay , will be back for sure, such a great host. The place was nicer than I expected, and the location was unreal. . Cannot thank her enough. . The only negatthing I could think of to say. Is we did not spend enough time there😃 Thanks again Kathleen. Highly recommended.

Clean and we are very close to everything

We had a great stay at Alberto's home. It was clean, functional, centrally located and convenient to everywhere we wanted to get to while in town. Would love to come back!

Kathy is a great host. Her family property is really special and she was very accommodating answering all my questions before and during our stay. The pond is so quiet, peaceful, serene and beautiful and the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood which is wonderful to walk in. The Cotuit market is 1.5 miles away and there are great eats at Kettle Ho in Cotuit which allowed us to settle in with ease. Kathy graciously allowed our dog to accompany us and he loved spending time in the pond too and having easy outdoor access. We really enjoyed our stay!

We reserved his apartment for our little getaway in Boston for 4 days! The location is great and close to the red line which brings us to downtown Boston! Sir Kay offered us a clean cozy apartment which was very cheap in terms of price compared to competitors!

Great spot quiet but right near everything Kids enjoyed the basement game room

Very cute spot it's everything you need for a nice weekend. Love that it is dog friendly. The hot tub was perfect for the snowy weekend. Anne communicated really well. There were blankets for snuggling. We skied at Jiminy Peak, about 25 minutes away. This was conveniently located and close to restaurants and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay over the long weekend! The house is spacious and cozy - there were 4 of us and a dog, and we never felt on top of one another. It was a lovely location to be snowed in: enjoyed the woodstove, walked to the brewery at the bottom of the hill (which was open!) and made good use of the kitchen to make a delicious dinner. Would love to stay here in the summer and take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.

The house was a happy place to spend holidays with family. Our two-year-old loved the play kitchen next to the real kitchen and we loved the great room with the gas fire place. The house was tastefully and lightly decorated for Christmas, which we appreciated coming from afar, and there were enough pots and pans to, as the host said, prepare a feast. We wished we had known the basement was not heated, though perhaps we missed that, but we made use of that fun space anyway with the help of warm sweaters. We would rent again!

Lauren and Blake are incredible hosts, and the Catamount home is spectacular in every way! The stunning views of the Catamount ski resort across the street, and the proximity to Great Barrington and Butternut Ski resort are just a few of the fantastic features here. We will definitely be back!

17 Sheffield, Egremont is a perfect house in a perfect location for a big group gathering (we had 12 people). Plenty of space, beds, linens, etc. to accommodate our large group. There are multiple areas (kitchen area, living room, sun room) for us to spread out and also gather together. It was close to skiing (Catamount in 10 minutes and Butternut a little further away) as well as Great Barrington. Highly recommended and would definitely rent again!

Scott’s apartment is fantastic! It is located on the lower floor of his house. It is very open and light. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living area is also spacious, with beautiful views of the woods. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, with very nice towels. There is a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The heating system worked superbly during our stay. We were in the area to visit with family and friends, and the house is located in a perfect location, whether you need drive north or south, east or west! We look forward to staying at Scott's house in the future. Comunication with Scott was very easy and he checked in to see how we were doing. Thank you, Scott, for a lovely stay! We will be back.

This was easily one of the most beautiful AirBnB experiences I've ever had. A weekend in The Berkshires is the perfect get away for a New Yorker with plenty to see and do. But Hinterland Hall is destination all on it's own. We were completely content spending the day lounging in the beautiful space and enjoying it's amenities. The soaking tub is glorious. I can't recommend this spot highly enough.

Great spot right near the beach. Had two young kids and was great to be able to easily go back to the condo. Very walkable area close to some good spots. Great location!

Great rental that we hope to rent again some day soon. Unfortunately my husband and I both tested positive for Covid the day after we arrived. John as a host was completely understanding when we informed him that we were leaving early to head home to Vermont. He even initiated a refund of one night as a courtesy (that we didn't ask for). Very thoughtful and understanding. As renting guests, we had our dog with us, and I just felt bad that we were too sick to vacuum up before we left as we usually do. This place was spotless when we arrived. Host uses professional cleaners and you can tell. They do an awesome job. Everything at this rental is in awesome shape, seems like a recently remodeled condo with new finishes, appliances and cabinetry.

Such a lovely location right on the bay and with beach access. Second floor meant beautiful views of the water. Home is easy to access, clean, and with all basic amenities. AC was easy to operate and appreciated having laundry in unit--The cape is generally quite expensive for summer rentals but we also liked that Preeti's condo felt spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms and a really nice living room area. Our stay was fantastic! We were 2 moms w/ college aged daughters & the apartment was plenty big for the 4 of us. The building itself is beautiful- great lobby. Daughters used the gym & said it was well equipped. Location can’t be beat. Easy to walk everywhere or T stations nearby. Host was very responsive & flexible. We did not spend a ton of time in the unit (we were here to explore Boston!) but it has a full kitchen- well appointed & a full washer/dryer. Highly recommend & hope to be back soon, thanks for a great stay!

Great spot to stay away from busy Ptown. Loved being steps from the beach and enjoyed many meals on the patio with ocean views! Appreciated the communication with the host, easy parking and a very clean space. It was larger than expected being a studio!

Tim is a great host! His place is just as described. Great place. The 2 beds and 2 bathrooms were fantastic. Lots to do in Boston, just know this place is on the Dorchester/Boston border. Still easy to get around. It is a big city so if you aren’t use on traffic sight/sounds bring earplugs. We had a lovely time! 😊

A great little, two bedroom condo. It has direct access to the beach and fantastic views. It’s an easy drive or bike ride to PTown. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. If it’s a rainy day or planning a day/evening in, you would need to bring your own games, entertainment, etc as there were limited options in the unit; but with the beach and views, it didn’t matter to us. We would stay here again.
