Beach Side Apartment

A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, close to the beach. It has a full kitchen including full oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee machine, and free wifi. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, double bed and a partial sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and a fully fitted wardrobe and a safe. The sofa expands into a spacious sofa-bed so a 5th person can sleep comfortably. All rooms have air conditioning, and we also provide a hair dryer and washing machine.

Niriides/Filia

Completely renovated recently, Filia is a modern, comfortable ground floor apartment of 48 m², suitable for those seeking privacy and tranquility. It has a large veranda, a private garden and is ideal for families with children (we can provide baby cot after a request of yours) . It is located near the center of the village with easy access to the sea, 80m away from it. Also, nearby, there are supermarkets, restaurants and ATMs. Finally, there is free parking opposite the front entrance.

They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.
