This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000 m. Newly built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood scent. You can see a lot of beautiful scenery just a 10-minute walk away. Please take a look at Mt. Iinoka from Oza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, ramen, and hamburgers are within walking distance. About 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenko-ji Temple.Togakushi Shrine is about 15 minutes by car. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. You can also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomitai Trail, and Mt. Iinago. If you'd like to visit a hot spring, it's about a 15-minute drive to Tengu-no-Yado at Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva (with a discount on bathing fees!). We will lend you a projector and screen for free. Play games on a big screen, or have a movie night. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, campfire, or tent sauna. A set of BBQ equipment, tarp, sauna tent, stove, etc. Please book all rentals in advance. Of course, you can bring your own.

Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noise. Because it is a house nestled deep in the mountains, we do our best, but there are insects during the warmer months.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves are dancing. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's never an easy home to live in, but with a great view and experience. There is a full counter kitchen with stunning views and condiments and cookers so you can enjoy cooking.(No BBQ equipment)

From Tokyo to Karuizawa, it is 60 minutes by Shinkansen, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so for example, you can work in the morning and take a half afternoon. You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby.
