Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

The Emmental begins right behind the house and attracts with its hilly green landscapes. Thanks to the nearby highway connection, you can reach various well-known destinations in Switzerland by car in less than an hour, such as the Bernese Oberland and Interlaken, the 3-lake region, the Jura, Lucerne and Gruyère as well as Lake Geneva.

Very good location for excursions in Switzerland. Only 30min by car to Bern or the Bernese Oberland. 1h to Interlaken (Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe). 1,5h to Lucerne, 2h to Engelberg (with Titlis).
