The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

A generous design has created open, inviting rooms that invite you to linger and offer plenty of space. The rooms have been individually designed and are equipped with high-quality furnishings. Furniture, such as the large kitchen table from an old workbench, underline our attention to detail.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for small group trips up to max. 5 people - 2 bedrooms / 1 x king-size double bed and 1 x large double bed - and in the living/dining room the couch can be converted into a bed. The apartment is located in a district of Kaufbeuren - a pretty medieval town – in the Neugablonz district. Shopping facilities are available on foot 5 minutes away. 1 parking space is available free of charge on the property!
