Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The apartment, with its beautiful adjoining and private terrace, is located in the heart of the old village, in a quiet area with its pedestrian streets. It is south-facing and air-conditioned. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find all amenities (town hall, post office, medical center, shops, restaurant). At about 800 m, you will discover, in their green setting, the 2 lakes of Saint Jean Pla de Corts (beach, swimming, water ski lift, tree climbing).

Spacious apartment, located on the first and top floor in the centre of the village with all amenities nearby, comprising a beautiful living room with the charm of exposed stone, a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace, a large bedroom with storage space and a shower room with toilet. Free public parking a few meters away for parking. Bed linen, household linen and towels provided. A few pods of coffee, tea/infusion are provided.

My accommodation is located in the countryside, close to the city center of Céret (2 km), the mountains, the sea (30 min by car) and the Spanish border (15 min by car). You will appreciate my accommodation for its authenticity: a manor house in a working farmhouse. My place is perfect for families (with children), large groups, and four-legged companions. The house has a large swimming pool. Note for musicians the presence of a PIANO.
