Wonderful sea views, lots of light, very calm, perfect location. Charming contemporary house, located in pedestrian street in town center. 5 minutes walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches. Terrace with sliding doors (open space) with amazing views. Air conditioned (&floor heating). Perfect duplex for family or two couples. Loft ambiance upstairs, two bathrooms, one in each level. Beautiful desk table with sea views. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine,WIFI.

Village house, old, recently renovated, modern and functional. In addition to the kitchen-estar, it has two double rooms with a bathroom each. Terrace and garage for two cars. Comfortable, bright and well located. The village enjoys catering services and shops with local products. 20 kms. from the beach, Roses, Llançà, L'Escala... Close to the border with France, natural landscapes of the Sierra de l'Albera, cycling routes and route to discover megalithic monuments.
