Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The Moulin de Reynès was built in 1602, on the river, in the heart of a preserved valley a few kilometers from Céret. It operated until the 1950s and is still in working order. The renovation of the residential part dates from 2010. Gîte de France 3-star rating, with a totally independent character, along a small river.
