La Parenthèse Douce is a 5-minute drive from Villeneuve sur Lot city centre and a 5-minute walk from amenities. You will find the calm of a residential neighbourhood with easy parking. Fully equipped studio with Wi-Fi connection for singles or for two with terrace. The studio includes a double bed with TV (Chromecast: Canal+, OCS, Netflix, Amazon), a dining area, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet (no sink).

These attic arranged in 2020, above my main home, have totally independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
