The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

The holiday home Eifelstuben was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished with the highest possible comfort and lots of love. The Moselle and Nürburgring are only 20 minutes away by car.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. This apartment is on the upper floor of our small house in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils (fridge, stove, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for everyday needs. A shopping center is easily accessible on foot and by car. Many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the surrounding area are also easily accessible.

The Ruhepol is your private, floating retreat surrounded by nature, water and silence. Our houseboat is a permanently moored floating bedroom and is not suitable for sailing. ❤️🌊

Apartment Am Weiher

Our holiday flat with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walk-in connection between the oldest and youngest maar in the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with the simultaneous start of the virtual city tour) Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher pond at any time of year. Note: Pets and smoking are not allowed in the vacation rental!
