When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Quiet 2-room apartment on the edge of the forest with garden

This apartment is located on the upper floor of our small house in the high-altitude district of Zell-Barl. Equipped with a shower room and a kitchen with all necessary utensils (fridge, hob, pots/pans, microwave, kettle, dishes, sink), the apartment offers everything for your daily needs. A shopping centre is easily accessible on foot and by car. Equally accessible are many hiking trails, historic towns and recreational opportunities in the area.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

MaarZauber - enchanting Eifel - near Nürburgring

Restored with love... Enjoy a leap into the cold Maar (30m), a sundown at the castle (80 m), hiking, cycling or visit the famous Nürburgring (18 km). The house joins old with modern and offers 110 m² with a big kitchen/dining room with balcony, a cosy living room with 2 convenient bed couches, one sleeping room with double bed and bathroom, one sleeping room with 4 single beds and a second bath downstairs.

Valley - Ponds - Sheep

A valley almost to yourselves. Plants and animals of all kinds await you. The apartment is located in a side valley of the Rhine on the Rheinsteig between Cologne and Koblenz. The Eifel Mountains are opposite and the Westerwald is behind. You can relax by your own fish ponds. Or go hiking from the front door. Dogs are welcome. For 2-4 people.

Vacation at the "Schwarzer See" with fantastic views

Dear guests, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. We extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramics and refurnished the other rooms except the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
