Located 400 metres from the centre of the village, a small town with character and all amenities (bakery, butcher's, mini-supermarket, bar, all open even on Sunday mornings; pharmacy and medical centre), our detached, single-storey house, with its enclosed courtyard and large garden, will be delighted to welcome you. In the summer, in the village, you can enjoy the municipal swimming pool and its leisure base. You will be 15 minutes from La Fleche Zoo, and Lude Castle, and 35 minutes from Le Mans 24h circuit

Enjoy an exceptional location to visit the historic heart of France, in Touraine on the site of the Pays De Racan and close to the Loir Valley, 45 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, 5 minutes by car from the Clarté Dieu 5 minutes and the Domaine de la Fougeraie. The house has a Canadian well, it is a geothermal system that cools the air of the house. However, you must keep the shutters closed when the sun hits the bay windows.

From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
