Monthly Rentals in Mayo Beach

The house was perfectly suited to our needs . The kitchen is supplied with anything one needs to make home-cooked meals. The living spaces are super comfortable ... not "too precious". Cate is a superb host... her attentiveness, good communication skills, and flexibility are stellar!

Great space, great location. The 3rd bedroom, technically the primary because it has a private full bath, is outside and around the building; it cannot be reached from the main space. For 3 couples, this was no problem, but families with children will want to take note. The beach is across the parking lot—very close. The deck overlooks a wooded bog, very nice. Kitchen was fine, laundry fine, lounging area great. The dining table seats 4, could squeeze 5 but would be difficult for 6. The Bookstore Restaurant was an easy half mile walk, with the Pearl, Mac's and the marina just beyond. We'd stay here again.

We arrived at the cottage and were able to meet our host upon check in. Charles was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house is very much like the pictures… very pretty with antiques and many windows to view the water. The location with private beach far surpassed expectations! This is such a special place and Charles was so helpful. We feel so lucky to have found this amazing place!

The stay was everything expected and then some. The beach was amazing and convenient. The house was what was promised and then some.
