Our holiday apartment is in a very peaceful and completely quiet location on a street running parallel to the lake. It is located on the first floor and has a lovely wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a beautiful day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities on offer. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Just 10 minutes from Bregenz and the lake, we offer a spacious apartment with a terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenz Forest. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, an extra bed for toddlers, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

Located in Meckenbeuren-Liebenau, this 48 sqm apartment accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You will find a fully-equipped private kitchen, air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas, Wi-Fi, television, and a fan for your comfort. Family-friendly amenities include a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children. Additional conveniences include a coffee machine with capsules included and self check-in.

Idyllic guest room with sauna/Allgäu, Lake Constance

The guest apartment overlooking the adjacent FFH area is located in our house in a separate area (soundproof door) with a separate entrance. You can enter the apartment at any time by code and lock it with the code. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating or cooling in summer. A crib (120 x 60 cm) and a high chair are available on request. The sauna can be booked for this (€25 for a slot, approx. 3-4 hours including sauna towels).

The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
