Monthly Rentals in Mécleuves

This place is very comfortable and nothing is missing. The owners were tasteful and were not hesitant to provide quality equipment. It should be noted, and unfortunately this is not always the case, the bedding was excellent (no need to grab next to the bed to avoid being in a hollow, problem with double beds too often occupied by a single person).

We enjoyed our 5 days in this home, the fact that it was remote from the city but so close at the same time was great. We kind of felt like home, the house is full of warm and authentic details. Each room had family-friendly elements. Our son loved the children's room and was delighted to play with the toys and books present (he never took his own out). The outside and pleasant, a very cuddly cat visited us every day without being too intrusive. We would recommend this listing.

A lovely gite, clean, comfortable, and quiet with everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Aircon and air source heating are a nice touch, plus shower is very powerful and hot, plus a handy downstairs loo. Isabelle the host was perfect, very responsive, polite and spoke very good English (much better than my French). Would certainly stay again if we visit this area of France again, which is beautiful to say the least. Perfect for visiting the Marginot line (an hours drive from Ouverage de Simershoff) and related WWII sites, plus WWI sites around Metz, also a great and easy drive to Alsace. A couple of big supermarches near by and a very handy automated shop if arriving late, just 5min away (Le Galin Shop, D910, 57420 Louvigny, France), great if a meat lover. We didn't get chance to visit any local eateries but lots of info in the gite to some local restaurants and other places to visit. Overall a great place to stay.
