The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Vacation home "Am Pleißenbach"

We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. You can reach the city of Chemnitz by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The entrance is accessible via the rear courtyard. By car you can drive almost directly to the front door, through the idyllic garden area and the kitchen garden. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind alle Räume barrierefrei. Wohn - und Schlafraum sind miteinander kombiniert. Die Kulturzentren sind sehr gut über die A4 zu erreichen.
