It is only 3 minutes to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade on foot. So the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes or completely on foot along the popular lake promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is older, but the decor is modern or partly new. On cleanliness and hygiene, we attach great importance to make you feel comfortable.

The area is ideal for exploring nature on foot or by bike. Opposite is a newly renovated playground.
