And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Excellent large apartment with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms on the ground floor with terrace, garden, barbecue, large living room with TV and WI-FI, located in Lagos in a gated community with 24-hour security, right on Dona Ana beach. You can walk along the boardwalks and enjoy the wonderful views and beaches. The location is wonderful as it is a 10-minute walk from the city center, restaurants, shops, historic center and Lagos marina. The apartment does not have access to the swimming pool.

The front balcony has the best unobstructed views I've seen over the bay of Lagos while the rear balcony has equally wonderful views over the roof tops to the medieval walls of the historic old town.
