And it is only a 15 minute walk to Lagos old town, the marina and lots of nice restaurants. The kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were renovated recently and the furniture is brand new. Welcome to this beautiful penthouse just renovated (August 2019) on two floors at the top of one of the highest buildings facing the sea. You will enjoy spectacular views of the beaches, the promenade and the characteristic village of Armação de Pêra. The absolutely favorable location at the beginning of the pedestrian area will allow you both pleasant walks along the coast and to cross the road and directly access the free beach.
