"Las Palmeras" Studio

20 m2 studio, non-smoking, bathroom with shower and equipped kitchen. Guests can take advantage of the (unheated) swimming pool to share with our family, as well as the large enclosed park, planted with oaks, pines, albizias, olive trees and palm trees. Comfortable, well-equipped single-story, attached to our house with separate and private entrance. Our village is located on the 2x2 lanes, 15 min from Mt de Marsan, 25 min from Dax, 1 hour from Biarritz and Bayonne, 1.5 hours from Spain and Bordeaux.

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.
