It's VERY QUIET AND ON THE INDIAN RIVER. It's like a private resort with tropical landscape, nature trail, river views, hot tub, heated swim spa, multi-level decks, tennis court, boat ramp, fishing, park and playground. Everything you'd want in a resort without all the people! The two large bedrooms have queen beds and nice windows and views. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen includes a washer/dryer and has plenty of room and storage for long-term stays.

Nice clean cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home, up to 6 guests. Quiet neighborhood. Sit by the pool or in the spa. Enjoy the sunshine & tropical landscaping of palm trees, cactus, exotic plants & more 1 hr to theme parks. 5 mins to restaurants & shops. 30 mins to beaches or to MLB. 1 hr to MCO. Tropical oasis just waiting for you to enjoy! 3 bed, 2 bath home, just steps to the beach, with a private pool, hot tub, and tiki bar set in tropical fenced in back yard. Pet friendly house by a dog friendly beach. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and TVs, 55 inch TV in living room, roku for streaming, and all the beach supplies you will need for your stay: Chairs, large popup tent umbrellas, towels, and toys!
