The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

Surrounded by gardens, You will be able to enjoy the bird feeders and fire pit by day while sleeping restfully at night with a new foam topped mattress as well as sound-proofed walls and windows. The space is on the bottom level of my home with your own private entrance you have your own private deck with hot tub and a pit boss bbq grill .This 2 bedroom 1 bath has a fully stocked kitchenette rice cooker slow cooker hot plate ninja foodi air fryer and a electric griddle 2 fireplaces beautiful bar and a dart board.We are located 20 minutes from Norris lake, 20 minutes from Knoxville and about 30 minutes from Windrock HOV park.

The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.
