Located on the second floor with an elevator, it offers free Wi-Fi. The tastefully furnished apartment features a Smart TV, air conditioning, oven, microwave and washing machine. It is located in Vignate, 5 minutes from the station that allows you to reach the most important stops in Milan in a short time, and is close to Linate airport.

An oasis of peace in the heart of Milan. Bright and cozy apartment, with all the comforts and a large flowered balcony. Clean, quiet, surrounded by greenery and at the same time well connected to the center and subways by tram 24 that stops in front of the door. Duomo, Fondazione Prada, Bocconi, Università Statale, Olympic village, Porta Romana can be reached by tram in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is beautiful and all services are under the house: food, bars, restaurants, laundry, pharmacy.

The building is a renovation of a 17th century Milanese spinning mill. It consists of a beautiful large living area with two stone pillars inside and high brick vaults. The apartment layout is unusual and it is open plan. The main bedroom overlooks the kitchen. The second is connected to the first one. The other bedroom is completely private. Outside there is a private garden with barbecue and garden forniture. 3,5 hrs from Venice and its famous Carnival.
